Pretty quick process for a seasonal hire. I had a couple of customer service questions with supervisors, which made me feel quite at ease. The whole thing took about 30 minutes and involved just one interview round.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and not too difficult. They mainly asked about my previous work history. The more challenging questions revolved around customer service, but I learned that they prefer the term 'members' instead of 'customers'. They provide minimal training upon joining, so you're basically thrown into the deep end, and it gets really hectic, which can be a bit overwhelming at first.

the process was not too bad but it was very long with multiple sessions. the work environment is very professional. it was a bit hostile though, waiting in a room for a few hours before getting looked at. maybe you will enjoy it, not too sure but maybe you will. hope this filled in my thirty word minimum.
