A recruiter reached out to me before I even applied, wanting to chat about the role. It turned out to be more of an interview than I thought. Then there was a sales pitch interview, which was pretty relaxed and focused more on how well I prepared and could take feedback rather than actual sales skills. The last part was an in-person final round, which included a demo and a short 30-minute interview.

Went through a couple phone interviews and then an in person interview. They ended up going with another candidate, but it felt like a fair process with friendly staff. It just didn't work out in the end, but it seemed like a great place to work.

Guy found me on Linked In after I applied. He texted then called. I don't even remember what job I applied for. We chatted a bit about my resume and if it matched qualifications. Then he asked about college and if I got my degree, I said no. He mentioned they require a degree and asked if I thought my sales experience, license, and other qualifications would help me. He was rude, and I feel like I'm overqualified. He didn't mention anything about the position, what the company does (mortgage, real estate?), pay, or why he thought I'd be interested. Reviews suggest I wouldn't want to work here anyway.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Did you graduate college?
