So, there are 2 rounds. The first one is a video screen via Zoom or Teams with a manager. They might ask about your resume or just do a vibe check, depending on the manager. Make sure to stand out in this first round! Then, the second round is a Power Day, which is in-person and lasts for 2 days. The first day is more of a casual networking thing where you can meet some of the interviewers in a relaxed setting, and you'll know who they are beforehand. The second day is the actual interviews: two panels, each with two managers, so four managers total. Sometimes a software engineer might join one of the panels.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process started with a phone screen with the recruiter. Then, there was an interview with engineers, which was mostly a resume grill where they asked to go into lots of detail about each bullet point in my resume. Finally, I had an on-site with 2 back-to-back interviews. The on-site was the only technically challenging part, where they asked for specifics on REST and OOP principles and other things related to my projects & experiences. Overall, the on-site was fun and everyone was really friendly and wanted to see me succeed.

The interview was very short and I never heard back. They just talked about the role and said they'd get back to me, but they didn't. It was a behavioral interview, and they asked questions about my resume.
