Behavioral Technical

After an initial 30 min recruiter screen, I had 2 rounds of interviews. Both were 1 hr long, one with the hiring manager and the other with a department director. The interviews weren't particularly difficult and were focused on my work experience and the role details. They moved through the process quickly. I would have had an onsite as the next round if I could have made it to the final stage. A negative point is that they won't share feedback if you don't make it, which is a shame given the prep time. I suspect they might not be looking to hire externally and could be mining data or meeting a metric before hiring internally. The process felt rushed, making me wonder if they seriously considered my application against others, so be cautious if it seems too fast. The hiring manager also seemed uninterested from the start, as if the decision was already made.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, with a mix of technical and requirements questions. Overall, it wasn't too difficult. The process went smoothly and communication was good. The HR team seemed to know what they were doing and kept things moving along.
