Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cosentino North America.
Account Manager
First stage was a phone call with a very nice recruiter. The second stage was a video call. The next stage was a video call with administration, conducted in English. They produce natural stone material for interiors and exteriors. We'll be in touch regarding the outcome.
- Could you tell me about your English proficiency and your prior work experience?
Account Manager
It was a 3 step process. First, HR, then the General Manager, and finally the Regional Manager. They mostly asked background questions, with a focus on sales. It felt pretty laid back and conversational. They really wanted to gauge if I could be self-motivated and work with minimal oversight.
- Can you walk me through your experience?
Account Manager
I applied online and the next day a Cosentino People Relations/Talent Acquisition Specialist from Brazil reached out via email. We set up a Microsoft Teams meeting for a few days later. After the interview, I sent a thank-you email the next day. About two weeks later, I asked about the position's status but didn't hear back. I followed up two more times, with the last follow-up being two months after the interview, but still no response from Cosentino.
- Can you elaborate on your background based on your resume?
- What salary are you expecting?
