Behavioral Other

Applied via LinkedIn and their staff reached out on LinkedIn. After agreeing on a date and time for the online interview, the staff then sent an online Teams link in Spanish for a role in Singapore which should be in English. On the day and time for the interview, the staff was late for the interview. The staff displayed a really rude tone (kept repeating that she will ask the line manager and get back to me, which she never did.). She was obviously unprepared. The staff didn’t know how to answer most of the questions and she couldn’t even speak proper English. Had to strain myself to understand what she was trying to say. Have never encountered an interviewer that doesn’t know how to answer questions and who is so rude. The staff still had the cheek to ask: “any more questions?” when she don’t even know how to answer my questions. Was already turned off by then. Already felt like I didn’t want to work for this company after that interaction with her. The staff also didn’t bother to read or reply my messages on LinkedIn as well. No follow-up or closure whatsoever. The staff who met up with me online is really unprofessional. Highly not recommended to apply to work for this company unless you wish to waste your time and get disrespected.

Behavioral Presentation

I got a call first, then it moved to a phone interview, and then pretty quickly, I got an email to come in for a face-to-face meeting at their office. The place itself and the showroom were really impressive. The director interviewing me was pretty intense, putting some pressure on me, which might not be for everyone but it wasn't necessarily bad. It felt like it ended well, but I didn't get an offer, which is fine.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and the next day a Cosentino People Relations/Talent Acquisition Specialist from Brazil reached out via email. We set up a Microsoft Teams meeting for a few days later. After the interview, I sent a thank-you email the next day. About two weeks later, I asked about the position's status but didn't hear back. I followed up two more times, with the last follow-up being two months after the interview, but still no response from Cosentino.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation Other

I had two interviews with the National Australia GM. Then, a Skype interview with the head office HR manager and the Marketing Coordinator manager, which lasted a full hour. During this video call, they didn't turn on their cameras, and I was just looking at a picture on the wall. They also gave me a psychological test and a lengthy questionnaire with seven questions that required a detailed report. After this long process, they left me waiting for over three weeks without any feedback, even though they promised to reply within a week. It felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. It turns out the HR manager in Spain had already selected a male Spanish speaker for the role and managed to get him into the Sydney office, despite the GM expressing doubts about his suitability. This really highlights how this company operates.
