What a disaster! This company shows absolutely no respect for applicants. The interviewer was completely uninterested and didn't focus on the application process at all. Instead of asking about my work experience, I was constantly told why I wasn't suitable for the job. Hello? Then they should have rejected me right away instead of inviting me for an interview at all. It was expertly concluded with ghosting. Shocked, but unfortunately not surprised.

There were 2 interview rounds total. The first was in Hanoi office, in Vietnamese, and all questions were based on my resume. Candidates who passed the first round were asked to go to the Haiphong office for the second round. After a 10-minute IQ test, 4 interviewers asked me about my background. Although no specific experience was required, they did ask for a 4-year commitment.
