I was recruited by a recruiter that personally recruits for the district regional manager. I was first asked to meet with the operations manager in North Bergen. The ops manager was very thorough, and asked many questions for reasons in gaps in my employment. After meeting with the ops manager they did a thorough background check, and asked me to meet with the store manager, and dsm. The interview was 2 hours long, and was basically a panel interview. They were supposed to have the NE regional director there also, but he was unavailable. After the interview they go on a conference call, and describe what they liked?disliked about you. The entire process took about 2 months to be hired.

Behavioral Technical

It was a 2-3 month process, pretty low-stress and casual overall. Started with a phone interview with the sales manager, then had a drug test, a personality test, and a background/criminal check. After that, there was a conference phone interview with both the sales and operations managers, followed by an in-person interview. They made an offer over the phone and with a letter, and I did negotiate my base salary higher.

Behavioral Technical

After submitting an online application, there were some assessments, then a few phone interviews, followed by a face-to-face meeting. Then another phone interview happened. They were really slow and seemed scared to mess up, even though the job had been open for half a year. I guess they don't value their clients that much.
