We start with a certificate assessment. If you score over 60% in all your certifications, you move on. Next is an OMR exam worth about 20 marks. It's not too hard, but you need to know medical terms. If you fail this, you have to wait six months to try again. If you pass, you'll proceed to the interview stage for hiring.
