First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Corporate Brokers.
Recruiter
The interview process had four stages. They asked if I'd want to advance myself to the next round, which was unexpected, but I moved on. It's pretty laid back and has four rounds. The first round, the interviewer talks a lot, mostly about the company. Round two focuses on your recent days and involves personality/behavioral checks about your strengths, weaknesses, challenging situations, and what others perceive you as. They also do a role-play of a call. The third round includes a presentation on two given topics, shadowing in the recruiter pit, meeting the team, observing calls, and meeting BDEs. They also discuss daily expectations. The fourth round is the offer.

Recruiter
I arrived for the interview and met with the recruiter I was in contact with because the other guy was running late. Two other recruiters joined in the interview, but it was clear it wasn't planned. Then the person who was supposed to be interviewing me showed up towards the end and apologized for being late. Turns out that they were all hungover. They told me to email them if I was interested and that they would reply back. I never received a response and so I called the guy I was in contact with and left a voicemail. I received no reply.
- Are you willing to sometimes work 8AM-7PM days?
Internal Recruiter
We did a few one on one chats, then a panel interview, and then I had to give a presentation. They said it was 4 stages, but the 4th stage was really just getting the offer or not. Sometimes they took me to lunch to check out how I'd vibe with the team.
- What is one negative thing a former supervisor would say about you, and can you list 3 things?
