They had me do a first HR call, then a second technical interview where I had to share my screen. After that, there was a third interview that also involved screen sharing and asked a Leet code style question. The fourth interview was system design style, and the fifth was with the manager, covering behavioral and technical experience. The interview process was good, but then they told me they couldn't meet my salary expectations, which made me wonder why they didn't ask about that in the first place.

The interview process had 5 stages, starting with a 30-minute recruiter call, followed by three 1-hour technical interviews. The final stage was unknown. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the people I met were nice. I wasn't upset about being rejected, but I was annoyed that I spent 3.5 hours interviewing and a lot of extra prep time without getting any useful feedback on areas for improvement or where I fell short. Also, all the interviews were scheduled during UK working hours, which requires taking a lot of holiday if you don't have flexible working arrangements.

The interview process included a technical screen, a chat with the hiring manager, and a session with two developers. It all happened over 2-3 weeks and the recruiter texted me first and then we moved to email.
