So, first I had a phone interview, and then there were two in-person interviews at their offices in the city. The main thing they wanted to talk about was my experience in sales and financial services.

The interview process usually starts with reviewing your application, then an initial screening. After that, there are several rounds of interviews which can be over the phone, video, or in person. They also do a skills assessment and check your references to see if you're a good fit. This whole thing is to check your qualifications, experience, and if you'll fit in with the team, so they can pick the best person for the job.

I had an online chat with the internal recruiter, then a first interview with the hiring manager and internal recruiter. After that, there was some testing. I never heard back after the testing phase. I followed up a few times with the internal recruiter, and they said they'd get back to me, but they never did. It's pretty disappointing, especially since I see they've reposted the job multiple times. The company's reputation isn't being helped by this kind of process.
