I interviewed with 5 candidates who were at different levels. We had 3 rounds and a virtual panel interview. I was asked to prepare a presentation on my published work, projects, or work history and my overall experience in my field.

The interview experience was really professional, and everything was scheduled and planned out nicely. It kicked off with a presentation where I showcased my work experiences and technical skills. After that, I had a bunch of 1-on-1 meetings. In these meetings, they asked me questions about why I'm interested in the job, my past experiences with technical projects, some specific technical stuff related to the role I applied for, and also about my soft skills for collaborating with others.

Behavioral Presentation

Had a phone interview first. Then they flew me out for an in-person interview where I met with 7 different people! It was surprisingly chill and laid-back. I also had to do a 30-minute presentation about my background. Everyone was really nice and we mostly talked about my resume. They threw some behavioral questions at me. Then I had two more phone interviews with colleagues who couldn't make the in-person meeting. Still waiting to hear back, only been a few days since those last calls.
