First, there was a recruiter phone screen where they asked about my past experiences. Then, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and his manager where we talked about the job, department, and company. Finally, I met with the HR manager who asked me soft skills questions like 'What would you do if...?'

The interview process was pretty straightforward, likely due to me applying through a connection. First, there are a few forms to complete about yourself. Then, on the interview day, you'll give a 45-minute presentation on any topic you choose. This presentation is for your potential colleagues, including HR and the hiring manager. They might ask some questions after, but usually save most for later. After the presentation, each person you met will have a one-on-one meeting with you throughout the day, asking standard questions. You'll also have plenty of time to ask them questions, and they expect you to. There wasn't a second interview in my case.
