The whole process was really long, like three months from when I applied until they made a decision. They didn't really communicate much between the different parts of the interview. About three weeks after my in-person interview, I got an automated email saying I didn't get the job.

I had a nice, supportive, and professional panel interview with 4 engineers from different locations. It was mostly behavioral questions, with some very basic technical questions that were more about gut feeling than actual technical knowledge. No unusual behavioral questions were asked.

Had a phone screen a few weeks back. On the day of the interview: First, breakfast with the second-level manager. Then, I met the whole interview crew and gave a 60-minute presentation about my schooling and job history, which included some Q&A. After that, I met with different people for 45 minutes each throughout the day (and had lunch with my direct manager). This was back in '97, but the process is exactly the same now, as I interview a lot of people myself.
