I gave my resume to a Cornerstone OnDemand recruiter at a job fair. They didn't have positions for my interest area then, but they contacted me a couple months later for a new opening. I went in to interview. After that, I sent a thank you and asked about next steps. No reply. About a week later, I got a random call for a phone interview. After it, I emailed the recruiter again about next steps. Still no reply. A month later, I got an offer, but I had to decline because I'd already accepted another internship. I guess I would have followed up more if this was my only option, but since I had another offer, I didn't push as hard. However, I would have liked a quick response saying they were still considering me.
