Support Worker
The interview was very relaxed, with two managers and a service user interviewing me. The managers were really nice and seemed genuinely interested in learning about me. The service user was also great and asked questions based on different situations.
- Can you tell me about your experience supporting individuals with disabilities?
- How would you handle specific scenarios?
Support Worker
The interview was conducted online by three people who were friendly and supportive. It felt quick and was over before I knew it. I was really nervous beforehand, but the panel didn't make me feel intimidated at all.
- Can you share your experience working with individuals who have intellectual disabilities?
Support Worker
It was a really quick and efficient interview process. There were about 5-6 people on the panel, and they all had their own questions. Some people who use the service also asked questions. Mostly they asked about my past experience and then about some hypothetical situations.
- Can you share your experience?
- Could you describe your background?
- What about your previous work history?
