Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CoreVest.
Intern
The interview process usually has 2-3 rounds. However, if they really like you after the first interview, you might be able to skip the last one. You'll meet with the VP you'd be working under. The first interview is mainly to get to know you and see if you're a good fit personality-wise.
- What is your motivation for pursuing a career in real estate?
Intern
The HR recruiter got in touch via phone or email to set up an hour-long interview. It was split into two parts: 30 minutes with an HR representative and 30 minutes with team members. They mostly asked standard behavioral questions, not many technical ones about finance or real estate. The main goal was to see if I'd be a good fit and if I was keen to learn on the job.
- Tell me about your resume.
Intern
Straightforward. It is exactly what you would hope for and expect from a company such as CoreVest Finance. Overall good experience. Great staff, team, and work environment. Wishing Good luck
