I only heard back from HR via email. I had a Zoom chat with the remote support manager. He actually wanted me to ask him questions about the company. He couldn't tell me the salary range and mentioned that shifts are bid on. I also met with the Remote Manager. They have supervisors for each tech, and they expect calls to be no more than 30 minutes before micromanaging.

It was a standard 3 phase interview. First, they sent an email for an Eskill assessment. Then, there was a phone call that lasted 30m to 1hr. After that, I had a 30m-45m zoom interview with one of the lead support engineers where we went over technical skills. Finally, there was one more zoom interview for 30m with another lead support engineer covering more technical questions. Throughout the entire process, the phone recruiter emailed me updates regularly every other day.

They initially rejected me for an L1 position, even though I was told I'd get it. But then, after three weeks, they called me back for a Sr. Support role. The interview itself focused on very basic help desk support tasks.
