The interview process was pretty simple and chill. I didn't get asked a lot of questions, so it felt more like a regular chat than a formal interview. It was a comfortable setting that let me show off what I know without feeling stressed.

It was pretty straightforward, nothing too hard to get through if you were professional. You really need to talk about your previous service jobs and any roles where you dealt directly with customers. Also, be cool with working short shifts. These shifts are 90 minutes long, and you can only do one a week.

  • Can you share an example of a recent customer service position you held?
  • Tell me about a time you had a customer service role.

The interview process involved about 4 interviews with different people. It was more of a conversation than a skills assessment. The company really emphasizes feedback and coaching over specific skills. They weren't super clear about all parts of the job or give a good sense of the workload.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Describe your approach to coaching and developing team members.
  • Tell me about a time you had to deliver difficult feedback to someone.

The audition process was super helpful for gaining insight into Corepower's philosophy and teaching style. I did my training elsewhere, and did the corepower intensive. It was very helpful with the lead instructors. The audition was round robin style. The manager told me the sequence to teach for C1 and C1. Just 5 minutes. People are so friendly and kind! They just want to know that you feel confident. comfortable and can learn.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Teach the designated sequence for 5 minutes, ensuring all key points are covered.
