Had a casual chat with the HR director. He was very friendly and direct. Overall, it was a good conversation. If I had advanced, I imagine there would be another interview or two with the department head and VP.

So I had my first call with Daniel Ryan, who's the Director of Talent Acquisition, and it lasted about an hour. Then we chatted again the next day (Friday). On Monday, I talked to Vincent Batza, the Director of Travel Nursing and Allied Health, for about an hour and a half. The third interview was with my direct manager and our division manager, lasting around an hour. The fourth interview was back with Daniel Ryan, and that's when they gave me the verbal offer.
- Can you describe your background as a recruiter, including your key performance indicators and how you met them?
