I sent in my cover letter and resume via email from their website. Loran Mattis from the Talent Acquisition Team reached out and we had a phone interview. After that, they sent me a cognitive assessment and a behavioral assessment to complete. Around the same time, I got scheduled for a 1.5-hour Zoom interview with Daniel Ryan, the Director of Talent Acquisition, for the next week.

So I had my first call with Daniel Ryan, who's the Director of Talent Acquisition, and it lasted about an hour. Then we chatted again the next day (Friday). On Monday, I talked to Vincent Batza, the Director of Travel Nursing and Allied Health, for about an hour and a half. The third interview was with my direct manager and our division manager, lasting around an hour. The fourth interview was back with Daniel Ryan, and that's when they gave me the verbal offer.

I initially connected with their recruiter to schedule the first interview. When I arrived, I was told the person I was supposed to meet was on vacation and I'd be meeting with Jillian instead. Jillian started discussing a new position at the company that was still in development. After that, I met with the Sales Manager. He informed me that the new position Jillian mentioned wasn't even an option because it hadn't been approved by the owners. The Sales Manager seemed more concerned with how he was going to train new hires and pick up his car from the dealership that day. At the end of the meeting, I was told the original recruiter would contact me about a second interview, but I never heard back, even after leaving a voicemail and sending an email. There was no follow-up.

I emailed my resume and the recruiter reached out to me pretty fast. We had a quick call, then I went in for two interviews at their office. The interviews were really professional and went smoothly. They seem like good people and the company looks like it has a lot of potential!
