Since it was a remote job, the interviews were conducted over the phone and video. It started with a phone screening, then some virtual meetings with the leadership team, and it concluded with a presentation to the team. There was a lot of open discussion.

I will say, this was one of the best and funnest interviews I have ever had. Great energy, smiles and positive attitude! My Process took about 1 week each (besides the assessment) 1. Had a phone interview a week after applying. (great experience) 2. Took Logic Assessment (timed for like 30 mins and 15 questions) 3. Panel interview with 2 upper leadership (awesome) 4. Personality interview with manager and team lead (awesome)

Behavioral Technical Coding

So first, you have a phone call with HR, just to see if you can come in for an exam. Then you take a short exam with basic logic questions about CS and SQL. Right after the exam, you have an interview with the hiring manager, mostly about your background, fit, and behavioral questions. HR will grade your exam, and if you did well, you'll meet with the development team and the hiring manager again. This interview has more behavioral/fit questions, technical questions, and a short whiteboard session. The whiteboard session is the best part, the team helps you work through problems and shows how you approach challenges. It's a great experience. The hiring manager and dev team will discuss your performance with HR within 24-48 hours. If you did well, you'll meet with the CTO and CEO for more behavioral and fit questions. You'll also talk with the HR recruiter about benefits and salary. If everything goes well, you'll get a written offer from HR after meeting with the CTO and CEO. Congrats!

Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process started positive but ended with ghosting. It included a behavioral phone screen with HR asking basic questions like 'Why Corelation?' and 'Why this role?'. Then there was a virtual interview with management about my resume details, past projects, and skills, which was more technical. After this, HR said I wasn't a fit for the analyst role but might be for a Developer role. They sent a skills assessment with basic CS questions which I finished. After that, no contact despite my follow-ups. It's rude to ghost candidates after they've given their time.
