My first interview was with the new Ops Manager. He's a 20+ year Core-Mark employee. It was 2 hours, very laid back, and discussed what he was looking for and then we went over my relevant warehouse experience. Then he gave me a tour of the warehouse. He set a second interview for the following week with the Sr Day Warehouse Manager. His interview lasted 5 minutes as he quickly browsed my resume, asked me so you've never used AS400, well i'm going to tell you now, you're not going to get the Manager job. But we might have another position for you. 1 month later I was offered a night warehouse position, which I regretfully accepted.

I waited 20-25 mins in reception, which was unprofessional. They didn't seem to have read my resume. I mentioned I don't operate double Walkies but the interviewer asked me to test them anyway, which was ridiculous and a waste of my time. The salary mentioned in the email was also different in reality. The interviewer had no smile and was talking while facing away.

It was easy, my interview got accepted and I got an offer, then had orientation the next day. I was sent to urgent care for my drug screen and had orientation the day after that, then I start Sunday.
