The interview process was great. They asked about my work history and for previous work experience examples in a SWOT format. The recruiter and the Coremark manager were very friendly. It started with a screening call, then a video call, and finished with an in-person interview with two managers.

First, I had an interview with the shift manager. It was brief and to the point. They were clear about what they expected and let me ask my questions, which they answered clearly. After that, I had a second interview with the General and District Manager.

I had a quick chat with HR to start, and then they set me up for a virtual meeting the next week. The first call was just to go over the job details and see if my experience matched what they were looking for. The actual interview was a casual one-on-one with the person who would be my manager. We mostly just talked, and they asked me standard questions like 'tell me about yourself' and a couple of other behavioral ones. It was pretty short. They mentioned an in-person round next, but then they canceled the role, so I never got to that stage.

The interview process began with a phone screen with a Manager, which wasn't great. She seemed unclear about the role and my resume, and had trouble answering my questions clearly. The talk felt rehearsed, like she was reading from a list, or maybe multitasking. A few days later, I got a rejection. The lack of preparation and interaction during the phone screen left a bad impression, making it hard to trust the process. A more prepared and engaged approach would have been more professional.
