Had a face-to-face interview with the President, Ryan Caugherty, which lasted about 20 to 30 minutes. It was a great conversation where we talked about sports, family, and goals, and mostly about me. I got a call back for a second round interview, which I hadn't done before, so I thought it would be a good idea to 'see it to believe it'. I went out with one of the guys (Trent) and observed sales being made. I thought the sales approach was pretty simple and non-aggressive, which was my biggest concern, but observing it answered that for me.

The interview process is straightforward. It begins with an initial meeting with the CEO. Following this, you'll participate in a 'shadowing interview,' which involves accompanying a sales representative on their daily route visiting small businesses for the entire day. Lunch will be provided during this outing, but you'll need to cover the cost yourself. The day concludes with a final meeting with the CEO. Despite the title, this role is purely sales-focused, not recruiting or account management.

I had a preliminary interview in the office with the Branch Manager, Brian. It seemed to go well, and we discussed goals, marketing, and 'Coaching'. I wasn't entirely sure about the company's focus though. For the second interview, I got to shadow the role. It was enjoyable, and the person I shadowed was sharp and driven. I liked the team and the environment. They said they'd be in touch soon about an offer.
