I had a phone chat first. Then we scheduled a one-on-one meeting for the next week. They told me what to bring, to dress nice, and sent some links to check out that might help me prepare. The interview itself felt pretty chill and relaxed. I answered their questions and also got to ask my own.

So first you have a phone interview with a recruiter, and they ask you some questions. Then, they send your answers over to management for review to see if you move on. If you're lucky, you'll get a face-to-face interview, which is pretty much a grilling session with the management, and the questions get tougher. The whole thing takes weeks.

It was a pretty chill interview process. Not super formal, the manager was really nice and we just chatted about everything. The questions they asked were good and fit the job. The manager was cool even if you hadn't done home infusion before, said they'd train the right nurse.
