The process had 4 stages: First, a recruiter call to discuss salary expectations, answer initial questions, and explain the process. Then, a technical interview with two developers, which involved a live coding session where I shared my screen, ran code on my machine, and made improvements. They also asked about my daily technologies and answered questions. Next, a cultural fit interview with the culture team to see if my values aligned with the company's. Finally, an interview with the head of engineering, asking similar questions to the cultural fit one, plus some specific to the technical work. The process went smoothly until the final feedback, where I was told I failed the technical interview, yet they still scheduled two more meetings. It felt strange to continue the process after failing the technical part, especially after dedicating time to prepare.

It was a really long and tiring process, with some questions and analyses that might not make much sense for senior candidates. HR took ages to reply or give feedback. The people were super nice and friendly, which made me feel comfortable and excited. The interview stages included a 1-hour chat with HR, a 1.5-hour technical interview, a 2-hour culture interview, two 1.5-hour live coding technical interviews, and an interview with leadership. There's also an option to do a big project (about 7 days) instead of multiple live coding sessions.
