Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cora.
Senior Analyst
The process was transparent and conducted in a human way, in a light, pleasant, and motivating manner. I felt my experiences were valued and the care they took in presenting the culture and the company as a whole gave me a genuine feeling of accomplishment.
- What has most marked your career?
- The biggest challenge faced
Analyst
The process has four stages, where the candidate interviews with HR, the hiring manager, a cultural fit assessment, and the area director. It typically takes between one month and one and a half months to complete.
- What are your biggest achievements?
- What do you do in a feedback situation?
- How do you give feedback?
Senior Analyst
It was a long process with many steps. There was a knowledge test, a chat with HR, an interview with HR, and a technical interview. Then an interview with the head of the area, but no feedback from HR afterwards. I tried to contact HR again after a while, but they never replied. Overall, the process wasn't too difficult.
