I was first contacted by an agency, and after a month, Coppel invited me for an interview to join them. They conduct a general interview at their central office. On the same day, they have you sign some papers and then conduct medical studies. If everything is okay, you're hired permanently. However, I worked on a temporary basis and wasn't there for long because it was seasonal at the time.
