I had my first interview with the hiring manager and got a test for a second interview, I had 72 hours to do the test, in the document it said that when I sent it they would call me to present my work. I didn't receive any response, I never presented, a lack of respect.

The interview process included 4 steps. First, an HR interview, then an interview with the hiring manager. After that, a comprehensive psychometric test from the central offices in Mexico. If everything goes well in the pre-employment check, they will extend an offer.

I went through three interviews. The first one was super awkward because they asked way too personal stuff. The second interview was better, focused on the job – they asked about my skills, daily tasks, and work hours. Then, for the third interview, they gave me the job offer, but the salary was really low for all the work and responsibilities we talked about. I took the offer because I needed the job, which was a big mistake. I don't recommend working at Coppel.
