It was tiring, with many steps and many people involved. There was a long dynamic activity that lasted the whole afternoon. Besides that, they put 20 people in a dynamic to see who does best, for just one opening. Too tiring and time-consuming.

The hiring process is managed by Gupy. They send an email explaining how the dynamic will work. In my case, I had to prepare a presentation on the theme 'Which Aurora product would I be?' and use the product to introduce myself. It was quite relaxed, with each participant creating one slide and having a 10-minute time limit. The only question asked was about my preferred location, Castro or Mandaguari. They mentioned a response within a week.
