The selection process was quick and simple. I applied through Gupy and had two interviews. The first was online with HR, and the second was in person with the area manager, also with HR present. They asked me questions about myself and my interest in the position.

It was tiring, with many steps and many people involved. There was a long dynamic activity that lasted the whole afternoon. Besides that, they put 20 people in a dynamic to see who does best, for just one opening. Too tiring and time-consuming.
