The interview was very short. The manager seemed uninterested and even left in the middle of the interview for 10 minutes. After that, I was ghosted despite sending several emails and making phone calls to get a response. Some of my friends have had similar experiences. It was completely unprofessional.

It was two short interviews and they hired me right away because they were hiring a lot of people for a new location. Before you go, it's a good idea to talk about your experience and look into the wine club and some of the perks. They'll want to know if you're familiar with it. I wasn't, but the GM was nice enough to tell me about it.

I went to the hiring fair at the Oak Lawn location. I talked to two people: a woman from HR who works at the corporate office and the regional director/manager for a quick chat. After that, the regional manager told me to reach out to Amber about setting up training. I emailed Amber a bunch of times but never heard back. So, I called the restaurant to check in and had a really bad time with the manager on duty. I didn't get their name, unfortunately. It's a shame to see such unprofessionalism from both managers at the Oak Lawn place, especially after having two really good interviews.
