You'll meet with the District Manager and head of HR. They'll ask about your experience. The dress code is casual, like jeans and a polo. Cookout's hiring is pretty laid-back. You'll have two interviews. After the second, you'll watch a video about CookOut's structure and meal packages. If you get the job, get ready for a tough 3-month training period. All in all, it's one of the easier interview processes I've gone through.

It was a really disorganized interview. I had trouble finding the place because there weren't any Cook-Out signs. It was a short interview with typical questions. They called me a week later and offered me an MIT position, which I took.
