I received a call from HR with a number outside of Spain, as they outsource everything. Then, a Teams call with the manager and HR went well. The final stage took place at a hotel with the manager and a European director. While the managers provided a very good experience, the HR organization was terrible. The HR lady kept emailing me, misspelling my name, and scheduled me for an interview at a hotel without telling me where to go. She eventually took 2 months to tell me they chose someone else. It was a very unpleasant experience because of HR.

There were 2 people involved. They asked a lot of questions and gave very quick responses. They reviewed all my jobs from the past 20 years and asked for references and data from each one. Then they went back and forth questioning my daily work and accomplishments.

Met the Cook reps at a job fair and was invited back for a more in-depth interview the next day. Got a call a few days later saying I was great and they wanted to fly me up to their HQ in Indiana for a more thorough interview. First, they had to do a background check (credit, education, legal), which took 2 weeks. Then they flew me up. The in-person part included a dinner with other candidates and then 4 separate interviews the next morning. Didn't get the offer.
