Behavioral Technical

We started with a phone screen. Then there were Skype interviews, first with HR and then directly with the hiring managers. It was a pretty casual and conversational process where they wanted to learn about my past experiences and see if I was a good fit. They were open to explaining the projects I might be working on to see if my skills aligned with what they needed. The whole thing took a few weeks.
