Behavioral Technical Presentation

Started with a recruiter call giving a good overview of the company, the role, and the pay. Then had a phone screen with the hiring manager, which was a really nice and informative chat. After that, I interviewed with the CTO, who asked some cool, product-centric questions in a comfortable setting. The recruiter mentioned it would be a split loop, so the next part involved four interviews over two days. To wrap it up, there was one last interview with a hiring manager.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process at Convoy was unique and energizing, from the initial recruiter call through to the final stages. Everyone involved was well-prepared and maintained a high level of energy, which made for a stimulating and rewarding experience. The interviewers' diverse backgrounds and experiences challenged me to think about problems from different perspectives, making the process even more engaging. I would have felt the same way regardless of the final outcome.

Behavioral Technical

The interview loop followed by an offer negotiation took about 2 to 4 weeks. I met with several stakeholders. There was not much room to negotiate the offer in the end. It's important to know who your manager will be. Ultimately, it won't make a huge difference because the company moves so fast, and you won't be working with that manager for very long.
