Project Manager
The interview was with the company's vice president, after I was recommended by another Project Manager. It happened in the evening, after business hours. It was initially by video conference, and then later in person.
- How do you handle pressure?
- Do you have experience?
- How could you contribute to project management?
Project Manager
It's a total of 3 interviews. The first is with HR. The second is with the Hiring Manager. The third is with the PMO Manager. If you advance in each interview, it means you're doing well, otherwise, they won't call you to the next interview.
- Tell me about your experience?
- Do you speak English?
- What has been the most challenging project you've had?
Project Manager
I had a telephonic interview with HR that lasted 45 minutes. We had a professional and satisfying conversation. Then, I had a 30-minute technical interview via Microsoft Teams with the Regional Operations & Service Manager. They asked seven technical and management questions. It was a bit uncomfortable because the interviewer didn't turn on their video, which made me panic a little; I think I would have been more at ease if I could see them. The HR mentioned that the next round would focus on company culture, but it ended up being more technical questions, which felt a bit like a trick to surprise me.
- Can you tell me about your work experience?
- How would you start an access control project if assigned one?
- Are you capable of managing project finances, and if so, how would you do it?
