So the interview process had three rounds in total. First up was a 30-minute technical screening where they checked my Python, PyTorch, and basic ML knowledge. Then, there was a 1-hour technical deep-dive. This part got pretty intense, covering Generative AI, RAG architecture, LLM fine-tuning using LoRA/PEFT, and how to do MLOps on AWS SageMaker. The last round was a 45-minute behavioral interview with the hiring manager. We chatted about my previous projects, the impact metrics, and some system design stuff. The recruiter was really on the ball, and I got feedback within 3 business days after each stage.

Behavioral

The interview process was similar to someone else's, but don't expect clear answers and they were looking for someone much cheaper. It was a total waste of time considering my salary expectations weren't met. I had a phone call, and then it took a week to get a face-to-face meeting. On the way out, they said I'd get an offer, but that was a lie. I had doubts initially due to red flags like a messy office and some strange people. They didn't provide timely updates, and I had to contact HR multiple times for status. I found out through a third party, not HR, that they wanted someone cheaper. If you interview there, don't expect any real answers.

Behavioral Other

This interview gave me a lot of insight into the company. The interview process was very fast. The main points are to make sure your schedule works with the company's and that you know you'll be taking a serious gamble with your hourly pay. There's a clever system called 'Performance Based ACUITY' which I think is a bit deceptive because your pay for an entire pay period can be reduced by time off for emergencies; it also depends on the day of the week. Missing a Monday will definitely cost you at least $100.00 for one pay period, on top of the $1.00 per hour deduction!

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was professional, timely, and well-structured. It started with a manager interview, followed by a team interview. The engagement was good throughout, and HR staff were helpful in answering my questions outside of the interviews. Although the process was straightforward and I had no complaints about it or the people involved, it was ultimately unsuccessful as I was not selected.
