The interview process at ContinuEd lasted about three weeks and felt structured and fair. It started with an HR chat about the role and company basics. Then, I had a phone chat with a staff engineer and project manager. They asked general technical questions about my skills and some get-to-know-you questions. After that, I got a take-home coding assignment. The last part was a 45-minute discussion about my take-home work, followed by a culture-fit interview. Everyone was nice and respectful, making it a good experience.

The interview process was pretty comprehensive, spanning about three weeks. It kicked off with an initial phone chat with the HR director. After that, I was given a critical reasoning assessment to complete. This was followed by an interview with the development manager and a staff engineer where we discussed my experience with the technologies relevant to the role. Next, there was a take-home programming assignment. Then, I had to complete a Birkman Questionnaire. The final stage was an interview with six other employees from different departments. During this final interview, introductions were made by the team, and I was asked technical and scenario-based questions, as well as general questions about my work style and personality. Everyone I met during the interviews was really nice and seemed genuinely happy working there. I got the offer four business days after the last interview. It seems like a good place to grow as a developer and work remotely.

So I applied online and a few days later I got a call from HR for a first interview, just basic questions. Then I had to do a critical reasoning test. After that, HR set up another meeting with a front end dev and a manager. Honestly, that second meeting wasn't great and could've been way more organized. The questions they asked felt like they just threw them together last minute, and they weren't really relevant to a professional setting in our field. The whole thing felt rushed and like they weren't really interested in my past experience or what I've accomplished. They said they'd let me know, and the next day I got an email saying they're moving on with other people.
