3 stages interview: initial call with Talent team, second call with a technical principal consultant, final call with account principal/HR. I appreciated that there was no take home exam. The interviewer knew how to probe you to determine if you are fit for the job and is so at which grade

I talked to the VP of Engineering and some tech and non-tech folks to see how I am with people as much as I am with tech. There were 2 required rounds. The CFO also wanted to chat about the company's money, strategy, and sales before I decided to join. The tech interview was about automation, basic DevOps stuff, and some easy tricky questions that experienced engineers should find straightforward. The non-tech part was about understanding the client's viewpoint, keeping the tech solution separate, and respecting both.

Confirmed questions2 questions

  • What's your definition of DevOps, and what approach would you take to deploy a generic solution aimed at minimizing downtime or client impact?
