The interview process is very open and transparent, with feedback provided as given by interviewers. It starts with a technical person to assess your area of expertise. This is followed by one or two interviews focusing on culture fit and technical skills. While you won't be asked to write code in the technical interview, expect tricky questions about Python, Git, and SQL (if applying for an Analytics role). A 'no' can be given if you don't fit the profile, and it only takes one person's subjective dislike to end the process. Their website pictures suggest a lack of inclusivity.

Started with a recruiter screening, then a first-stage interview focusing on experience and CV. They brought up Terraform, noted my limited experience, and seemed okay with it. The final interview was with a senior architect, which was pretty basic, mostly just some standard cloud networking questions. About 3-4 days later, I got an email saying they liked me but I didn't have enough Terraform skills. It was pretty odd, considering they knew about my Terraform background from the start and still made me go through the whole process.

The first two rounds of interview went very well. The recruitment person provided me with great feedback and was ready to move to the next stage. Next day I received a message saying that the role has been postponed for few weeks due to Covid19. Sadly never heard back from them. I sent few follow up emails to the recruitment team and to the hiring manager. No response at all. Last week i noticed that the same role is advertise on LinkedIn again. Please people be aware that the role might not even be real and all they do is waste your time. My advice to Contino - treat people with respect, it reflects to your company values!

I was messaged on LinkedIn. After doing some research, I scheduled an informational chat with a recruiter. This was followed by a formal interview with the same person. About a week and a half later, I went in person and spent a couple of hours with the team I'd be working with, and also met some other key people. The whole process from start to offer took about 4 weeks, which was really fast. The conversations were pretty standard, and it helped that the in-person part was laid-back but still professional, which made me less nervous.
