Questions covered successful projects, failures, behavior towards colleagues, problem-solving, conflict skills, and work methods.

Project Manager
The recruiter call was fine, but the 'technical' interview with the engineers was a disaster. I applied for a PM role where they asked for SCRUM knowledge, but then they told me: - I wouldn't be doing the SCRUM ceremonies, my boss would. - I'd have to negotiate with team members who wanted to quit so they wouldn't go to HR. - I wouldn't be making any decisions at all, my boss would. - However, the team's performance would be my direct responsibility. - I'd be in charge of the team members' professional development and career path. - I wouldn't be making any budget decisions. They didn't let me finish my answers, openly mocked me, or changed the subject of the questions.
- What do you do to retain an employee who wants to resign?
Project Manager Intern
Got a phone call, which was in German. They just asked me to confirm a date for the online interview. Later, I had an interview with 3 people: one from HR and two from Projects and Engineering. We started talking in German, and I spoke German for half the interview, then I asked them to switch to English to explain one question better. They asked the usual questions and also showed a presentation about the business area of Continental for the position I applied for. The whole thing was really smooth.
