It was an offline interview that lasted about 50 to 80 minutes. There were some technical questions, but mostly soft skills were asked. First, you'll talk to HR, and they'll guide you through the process. You might hear back within 5 to 14 days after the interview.

Applied online via the Continental careers site. The whole process took about 3 months, from my first interview on Oct 2nd to the final one on Dec 18th. I got the rejection on Dec 24th. It started with a phone interview where they asked about my testing and programming experience, and about my graduation project. After waiting over two weeks, I got a call inviting me for a technical test at the Continental Iasi office. The second stage was the technical test itself, covering C programming, microcontroller architecture, testing, and logic. Another 2-3 weeks passed before I was called for the third interview, which was also technical. This time, they first asked me to explain my graduation project (a robot I programmed in C). Then, they hit me with technical questions and problems in programming, testing, and electronics. Three weeks later, I got the call for the fourth interview, which was with HR. The HR person was really incompetent and mischievous. I had a chat with a friend who already worked there while waiting at reception, about our graduation project deadline. The first thing the HR asked me was what I talked about with my friend, which was a private conversation and I didn't want to answer. After that, there were several behavioral questions, and she told me I'd hear back in two weeks (which, by the way, they never do; two weeks usually means 3-4 weeks). Hiring seems to be based on who you know. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

First there were telephone discussions, then an HR interview followed by a phone interview with the technical leader. Next, there was an interview with the Team Leader via CISCO. An offer was received about 1 month after the process started. The process was nicely organized, even though the technical interview happened over the phone. Travel expenses were paid afterward. Interview feeling: nice people, nice location, everything ran smoothly and as planned.
