Applied online and then got an email to re-apply for a role they thought I was a good fit for. Was then contacted to schedule a phone interview. Had to complete 3 online assessments too: one was an intelligence test (math & literacy stuff) and two were personality tests. The phone interview asked about my past experiences, both work and school. They asked me to talk about a time I worked in a group, if there was conflict, and how I handled it. After passing the phone interview, I got an email to set up an in-person interview. I was also asked to do more online personality assessments before that. The interviews at HQ were scheduled with other candidates that day. It was really organized, with rotations. I interviewed with 3 different groups, each with 2 interviewers, for about 45 minutes each. Each group focused on different things.

I applied for the field engineer internship through my college's career website. About a week later, I got a call back for an interview on campus. Two project engineers conducted this interview, which mostly consisted of behavioral questions and lasted for about an hour. They were quite friendly, and I was told I'd hear back from them. A few weeks went by, and then the HR department contacted me to come to their headquarters for a three-hour interview. This involved three separate interviews, each about an hour long, focusing on 'leadership,' 'management,' and 'technical' aspects. Again, these were behavioral questions requiring specific examples. It's a good idea to research the company beforehand! After the interviews, I was informed that I'd get the results in a couple of weeks. Two weeks later, HR reached out and asked me to visit a job site for the offer details. After a tour of the site, I received and accepted an offer.

I got an email for my first interview on April 3rd. In total, I had 3 interviews before they sent me a rejection email. The whole thing took nearly two months. They even started interviewing while still waiting to hear back about project bids. They asked basically the same questions over and over. Honestly, I felt the third interview was totally unnecessary and just a repeat. The waiting time was way too long. The questions were pretty general, mostly about what I'd done before.
