The interview process was pretty straight forward and included a phone screening, an interview with the VP of Sales over the phone, and then an onsite presentation. I personally thought the process and expectations were completely fair and if anything Contentful moved faster than the average company in the valley.

The interview process had four stages: first HR, then the manager, then team members, and finally someone from another college team. It was a really nice experience overall. The manager explained the job really well. They also asked about my hobbies, which made it feel relaxed. HR was quick with emails and gave good advice. The manager interview was the most crucial part.
