About a month after I applied, I got a call for a phone interview. The interview itself was super short, only about 10 minutes, and it involved about 4 people in a conference call. They asked me some basic behavioral questions. A week after that, they called me with an offer. Before I was officially hired, I had to complete a drug test and a background check.
