Data Science Intern
Got a call a few months later to set up an interview. A week after that, I had a 25-minute virtual interview with 5 people. They were all nice and helpful. They told me to be confident and explain my thoughts. I got an offer two weeks after the interview.

UX Designer
You'll have 2 rounds for this role. First, you'll meet with the director. Then, there's a panel interview with a group of product owner/manager, design manager, and director. Make sure you prepare your answers using the STAR format, as they expect you to answer questions based on this structure.
- Can you share an instance where you made a design decision?
Power Platform Developer
The interview process started with a phone call with the hiring manager. This was followed by a video interview with the hiring manager and another team member. The first half of this interview was a mix of technical and behavioral questions, and the second half was for the candidate to ask questions. Towards the end, it seemed like they already had someone in mind. Even though it's a low-code, no-code platform, they were looking for someone with programming experience.
- Can you share an example of a Power App you developed that you are particularly proud of?
- Describe a challenge you faced with a solution and explain how you overcame it.
- Why is effective communication important in this role?
Marketing
So you can expect a few rounds of interviews. First, a phone call, then you'll have an in-person or video interview. After that, there's another in-person or video interview, but this time it's with a group. They really like group interviews so it's not on one person to make the hiring decision. Lots of questions about your past experiences like 'Tell us about a time you...' succeeded, failed, did something, or worked on a specific type of project.
- Can you share an instance where you led a team, but the outcome was not successful?
- Describe a time you experienced success.
- Tell me about a time you failed.
