The interview happened on the construction site. They asked me to describe my previous experiences and also asked about where I live and my study schedule. The interviewers were rude, didn't pay attention, and one of them even got up in the middle of the interview to fiddle with the TV.

The interview had 3 steps. First, all candidates introduced themselves and talked about their professional experiences and studies. Second, there was a group activity where everyone had to build a tower using paper and glue, then discuss the building process. After this, recruiters (HR and Engineers) chose who would go to the third step. Third, there was an individual chat with the Site Resident Engineer and HR, involving answering questions about construction and how to handle specific situations. Approval was communicated via email, and yes, I received feedback.
